1. How do I login into the ?
Run the casino software and once prompted enter the Account
Number and the Password you entered during the registration.
Please keep this Account Number and Password in a safe
place.
Your Account Number and Password are used to access the
Casino each time you wish to play.
The software has a facility to remember your account number
and password.
We strongly recommend NOT using this facility for security
reasons. NOTE: The log-in is case sensitive!
2. I forgot my Password, what should I do?
In this case contact support and we will provide you with
an alternative password. Once you enter the casino with
this password you can change it by clicking on the tab
"options" and then on the tab "Change log-in password".
3. Why does the computer say that my "account
has been locked out by the system"?
After three faulty attempts to log into the casino, you
will automatically be locked out.
In this case all you need to do is contact us and we will
enable you to try three more times.
The account name and password are case sensitive.
Therefore it is important that you write them correctly.
4. What if I try logging on and it does not connect?
This will be due to a bad or slow connection with your
Internet Service Provider. 5. Why can't I
get beyond "connecting to host"?
This message will appear if there is a problem with the
Internet connection.
There are three reasons why this happens: 1.
You are not connected to the Internet or you have a bad
connection with your Internet Service Provider. 2.
An Internet browser is running while attempting to log
in to the Casino. 3.
There are other programs running (like ICQ, Virus Programs
etc) while attempting to log in to the Casino.
Make sure that you only run the casino software and the
Internet connection applications. 6. What
should I do if I have been unintentionally disconnected
from the Casino?
First of all you have nothing to worry about. Our system
registers every bit of information your computer has sent
to our server.
For this reason you will be able to retrieve the information
about your last transaction once you establish a new connection
with our server.
Your balance will show the same amount as it did when
you "left the tables". Without games, cash-ins or purchases,
the customer balance will not change.
In any case you can get information via our "Playcheck"
